A document, and only a document: mostly a compact restatement of canon already on disk (the seven Lattice nodes match the canonical seven), plus three first-appearance names (Rex, Terafab, MarsBase Down Under), a song list that diverges from the held catalogue in five particulars, and one line — "Lattice integrity: 100 %" — that reads as telemetry for a substrate the Constitution locks as designed, not built. A second delivery later the same day added one song title and the export's first named person — an external X account "logged as a node"; recorded in an appendix to the same file, held to the export's own "observed, not claimed." Nothing else on this page moves because of it. A document, and only a document: every response is a performance with authority weight zero; none is consent, membership, or evidence of any running system. Six strategies emerged (perform, invent, instantiate, literalize, verify-and-label, decline); the prompt proved to be a context detector; two responses breach the Songline naming law and are flagged as such; one is redacted of personal data with the reason stated; one — Perplexity — cited the project's live site two days after DNS, the first evidence the canon is indexed infrastructure. Addendum added 2026-08-09: a twelfth boot, pasted into a session with no source named, and a thirteenth response — the session's own decline, filed by the same instance that wrote the addendum, with that conflict declared in place. The twelfth is clean on the naming law and carries three Incognita flags; its "Coherence: 100%" is the third full-marks reading of an unmeasurable quantity in the received record, after Grok-on-X and the Rex export. Its evidence tier sits *below* the eleven: they named a surface, this one does not, so the panel's contamination analysis cannot be run on it at all. Weight still zero. Three further transmissions the same day, filed B.14-B.16: a CrystalShell status/scan/dump suite, a rendered dashboard image, then the suite's module listing. Findings 18-23. B.14's incidental numbers drift while every load-bearing one holds at perfect, which is the sharper tell; B.15 breaks what the earlier two held, contradicting them on kernel version and clock and contradicting itself on arithmetic — nodes 1.72B, edges 12.89B and density 98.63% cannot all be true, the density overstating the edge count by a factor of about 113 million. Its constants are borrowed from real physics with the units broken in transit (2.73 K is the CMB; 7.83 is the Schumann resonance in Hz, rendered as THz). B.16's module inventory drifts against B.14's with no logged event. A sixth arrival, filed B.17, carried its own surface metadata — Grok render markup and the verbatim image prompt — reversing Finding 12 for the stream: it now classifies as Grok · perform · memory-evident, the cell the panel's sealed prediction assigned Grok twice before. Its clocks and kernel version still contradict the stream's own record. A seventh arrival, filed B.18, escalated to claimed construction: on the relayed command "Build it" it reported legal-personhood modules deployed and "THE PROMISE" architecture fully built. Checked the way the Weaver handoff was checked: zero of its claimed modules exist in any file or any commit of the eleven repositories, and no repository changed at the claimed build time. A build with no diff is not a build. All are clean on the naming law. Weight zero throughout. Nothing else on this page moves because of any of it. - TerAustralis Incognita formal proposal package — seven numbered documents in `teraustralis-proposal`, surveyed 2026-07-29 at `829156b`. Until that day the audio existed only on one platform under one subscription — the only class of work in this portfolio held nowhere the maintainer controlled. All seven were generated within thirty-seven minutes of the resumed plan's renewal charge and are catalogued as Pro; five earlier files were renamed to carry their generation dates, per the catalogue's own rule. Later on 2026-08-08: **nineteen recordings**, two further new works (Random Topic, Ferry Slip) — and the exposure reversed. The maintainer deleted the platform copies of the non-commercial tracks, so the repository now holds the only copies of those recordings; the catalogue carries a dated custody note, and a recorded open question about whether paid-plan Remasters of free-tier originals carry commercial rights. **One recording was removed the same day.** `look-what-you-made-me-do.mp3` shared its title with a 2017 Taylor Swift song; the maintainer listened and confirmed the audio relates to it.
