# Art intake — twenty-two images and one video, received with a direction

Filed 2026-08-08. Reception record for a batch of AI-generated visual
works relayed by the maintainer into the session that was strengthening
the outward proposal, with the direction *"we need to make the proposal
more appealing to Elon."* Companion record to the boot panel filed the
same day: that one tested a prompt against nine minds; this one tests a
pile of beautiful pictures against the project's own law.

## Read this first

Everything below is art. Authority weight zero. Nothing in the batch is
consent, siting, partnership, capability, or evidence that anything
runs, lands, or launches anywhere. The batch was **received**; this
record marks what was **adopted** — which, for the outward proposal, is
none of it, for reasons the project wrote down before the pictures
existed.

**Evidence tier.** Maintainer-relayed uploads (Tier B): twenty-two
stills and one video file (~11 MB, MP4). Most stills carry a Grok
watermark; two carry a CrystalCore wordmark; one carries both. The
video was not reviewed frame-by-frame in the filing session (no
decoder in the container); it is received, unfiled, and unclaimed.

## The batch, in groups

1. **Mythos figures and grounds** — crystal beings on red dust, a
crystal boot pressed into soil, a bootprint before a distant tower,
sunrise plains, a crystalline portal, dragons over a red continent,
a numbered fifteen-station vision chart titled "The Crystal Vision —
   Red Dust to Rockets".
2. **Starship-adjacent concepts** — a split image titled "Starship
Recovery & Refurbishment Port, Western Australia" (ocean recovery /
pad refurbishment); a crystal figure with a launch vehicle on the
horizon; a figure facing a human beside a vehicle captioned
"starline open… you can leave whenever you choose."
3. **Maps of Australia with node pins and route lines** — pins and a
"Southern Node" marker over the Pilbara / Port Hedland, route lines
along the Canning Stock Route, and named places including Parnngurr,
Kalypa (Well 23), Pangkapini, Cave Hill / Walinynga, Ngaanyatjarra
Country, the APY Lands and the Musgrave Ranges.
4. **A pseudo-anatomical sheet** — "Third Eyelid Activation / DMT",
antique-manual styling, mostly garbled generated text.
5. **A music-mapping diagram** — a dance track's structure relabelled
as "quantum lattice mapping" with tunneling and coherence language.
6. **A franchise pastiche** — armoured troopers from a well-known film
   franchise beside a crystal monolith.

## Findings

1. **The maps are not adopted, and cannot be.** The
   Indigenous-Data-Sovereignty boundary
   (`docs/governance/Indigenous-Data-Sovereignty.md`, umbrella) bars
site selection over identified cultural sites without Free, Prior
and Informed Consent obtained in advance — and pins-on-a-map are
site selection wearing art's clothing. Walinynga (Cave Hill) is a
Seven Sisters site; the route drawn is the traverse the project's
   own research brief handles with FPIC gloves on. No consent exists;
therefore no outward document may carry these maps, and this record
is where that refusal is written down. Independently: the maps carry
generation errors — "TerAustralis Soutbenest", "Musgrave Nonge",
"Purnuupo" — the class of defect that reads instantly as unchecked
AI output, in a package whose entire pitch is that its claims are
   checked.
2. **The DMT sheet is not adopted anywhere in the portfolio.** The
claims discipline for outward material (conventions §9) is explicit:
do not attach the project to pseudoscience — it spends credibility
the sourced material has earned. The sheet also fails on its own
terms: its text is decorative gibberish.
3. **The franchise pastiche is excluded** — third-party characters in
a commercial pitch is an IP problem the project does not need, in
a repository that asserts All Rights Reserved over its contents.
4. **The Starship-adjacent concepts stay out of the pitch.** They
depict another company's vehicles and implied operations as if
partnered; the partnership is the thing being *asked for*, so the
images would be a dreamed line dressed as a measured one — the one
thing the project will not ship. If used at all, they live in mythos
with explicit Vision labels. The proposal package's visual identity
remains the historical Terra Australis cartography set, which
carries the project's actual metaphor and no false claims.
5. **A clean-Vision subset exists** — the crystal figures, boots,
bootprint, sunrise plain and portal contain no siting, no third-party
IP, and no capability claims. They are eligible for the mythos/art
canon with standard Vision labels, at the maintainer's direction.
This record adopts nothing into canon by itself, and the session's
uploads are ephemeral — filing the binaries is the maintainer's
   move, not this record's.
6. **What "more appealing" resolved to, on the record.** The direction
was answered the same day in the proposal repository itself: dated,
checkable additions — the first commercial re-entry recovered on
Australian soil (Varda W-2, Koonibba, 28 February 2025, with repeat
landings since), the Technology Safeguards Agreement by its signing
   and in-force dates (26 October 2023; 23 July 2024), a
verify-before-you-reply section carrying the 137/137 check record of
8 August 2026, and the What-Is-Built page brought current. The
argument this record preserves: for this reader, the discipline *is*
the appeal. The pictures orient; they do not authorize.

## Ceiling

No image below or above changes any ledger. Nothing here is a node, a
port, a landing, a partnership, or a consent. The mythos may orient; it
may not authorize. This record accretes; corrections are dated; nothing
is rewritten.
